finance and insurance options clearly and effectively to customers
Secure and finalize vehicle financing through various lenders
Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and dealership
policies Collaborate with sales teams to maximize profitability and
customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records and process deals
efficiently Foster long-term relationships with customers by
delivering transparent and trustworthy service What We’re Looking
For: Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a high-volume
dealership Strong knowledge of auto financing, lender relations,
and F&I compliance Outstanding communication and presentation
skills Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment High
ethical standards and a customer-first attitude DEALERTRACK,
ELEADS, VAUTO, DARWIN, SPANISH SPEAKING experience is a plus What
