Job Description:

KFS, LLC is currently seeking a candidate to provide Real Property Audit Support Services to the Real Property Section of the Fort Walker Directorate of Public Works (DPW). Candidate must possess 2 to 3 years' direct project experience. The position will be full-time at Fort Walker, Virginia. Position Description

• Conduct Real Property visual field surveys and inventory support to include GFEBS data validation and correction, data entry, quantity verification, and reporting.
• Update building information files into the installations Accounting System of Record
• Digitize and organize facility files for accessibility.
• Utilize GIS when analyzing Real Property to support decisions on quantities and real property locations.
• Required to work both independently and within a team environment at an Army installation.
• Performs administrative tasks and assignments that require the regular and consistent use of discretion and judgment.
• Provides assistance in Real Property Inventory reporting by ensuring all data fields are captured and meet required character entry.
• Assists the DPW Real Property Specialist and the Real Property Action Officer (RPAO) in reviewing physical plant asset inventory data within General Finance Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to confirm that existing assets accurately coexist within HQIIS and the Army's Facility Sustainment Model (FSM). Identify discrepancies and assist Real Property Specialist in developing recommendations for discrepancy resolution.
• Verifies category code, unit of measure, and other associated information of real property assets and updates associated asset records in the government real property system of record GFEBS.
• Responsible for data gathering and analysis to update and complete DD Form 1354s.
• Responsible for collecting Real Property Asset Field Inspection forms, filing the documentation in the appropriate Real Property asset folder and making edits to Army real property system of record GFEBS.
• Responsible for supporting the DPW Real Property and Master Planning personnel in daily administrative tasks as requested.
  • Must have a solid understanding of CFOA and Army guidance applicable to Army Real Property.
  • Experience with General Finance Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 required, specifically Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Experience with GIS is desired.
  • Professional customer service skills and good oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to perform daily physical activity required.
  • Candidate must be a legal U.S. citizen.
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license.Physical Requirements
    • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required.
