Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
Shifts: Day, Night 12-hour shifts 6-6
Location: Holston Rehabilitation & Care Center
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide direct care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse.
  
• Participate in community activities and events to enhance the patient experience.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
    
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
