The Fabricator/Assembler - Lev II performs diverse fabrication and assembly tasks to deliver high-quality products while adhering to all safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role is on 1st shift , with hours from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m ., and is located on-site at our manufacturing facility in Greeneville, TN. Roles Responsibilities: /n - Follow all safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies, including proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). /n - Fabricate and assemble components according to blueprints, route sheets, and quality standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. /n - Operate and maintain assigned equipment, applying mechanical skills and hand tools as needed. /n - Understand equipment functions to ensure safe and effective operations. /n - Collaborate with assembly line team members, material handlers, and leadership to maintain production flow and meet targets. /n - Complete all required documentation (labor cards, production reports, JIT sheets, CI cards) accurately and on schedule. /n - Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot assigned equipment to minimize downtime. /n - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 6S principles and actively support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. /n - Support cross-departmental tasks and perform other duties as assigned. /n - Work scheduled overtime as necessary to meet production demands. /n /n Minimum Qualifications: /n - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measuring devices, standard work documents, and routings. /n - Knowledge of and adherence to safety policies, procedures, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. /n - Understanding of 6S principles and ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. /n - Regular and punctual daily attendance. /n - Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and basic equipment. /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n - One year of manufacturing or assembly experience. /n - Experience working in a continuous improvement (CI) environment. /n - Familiarity with documentation requirements such as labor cards, production reports, JIT sheets, or CI cards. /n - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. /n /n Immigration Sponsorship Not Available: /n - Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.). /n - Donaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position. /n - International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered. /n /n Keywords: Fabrication, Assembly, blueprints, safety, troubleshooting, quality checks, team environment Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability and Veterans Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
