Internal Medicine Medical Director
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $275000.00 - $300000.00

Seeking a Medical Director for a Tennessee community health center, with strong HIV focus.

Why this role stands out:

• 100% outpatient HIV primary care
• Medical Director role with 70% admin / 30% clinical
• No call
• Low patient volume: 7-8 patients per day
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Last patient scheduled at 3:30pm
• Lead and collaborate with a dedicated team of 1 MD and 5 APPs
• Travel-based leadership model across multiple Tennessee locations, with a primary home site

Our team delivers truly comprehensive, wraparound HIV care-addressing medical, behavioral health, pharmacy, and social support needs. Services include:

• HIV testing, treatment, and prevention
• Full-service, in-house pharmacy
• Mental health, housing, food, and transportation support
• Robust harm-reduction initiatives (syringe services, naloxone, fentanyl test strips)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $275,000-$300,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: Flexible
• Relocation assistance: $10,000
• W-2 employment

• 4 weeks PTO starting day one + holidays and sick time

Candidate Profile:

• Board Certified Internal Medicine or Infectious Disease
• Experience caring for patients living with HIV
• Strong working knowledge of ART, PrEP, and PEP
• Leadership experience and interest in a long-term role
• H-1B visa support available (no J-1)
