Job Title RN - Case Manager City/State: Asheville, North Carolina Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, 8 Hour Days Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 04/13/2026 Job Description: The RN - Case Manager will be responsible for managing patient care throughout the healthcare continuum. They work collaboratively with RNCM while utilizing effective communication and documentation skills. The role requires the ability to multitask and build trust with patients and their families.
