Radiation Therapist Location Asheville, NC Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Description The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering radiation treatments to patients, ensuring adherence to specified protocols and procedures within the radiation therapy unit. This position requires a strong focus on patient care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the effective use of radiation therapy equipment. Responsibilities Administer daily treatments including CBCT, IGRT, IMRT, and 3D on linear accelerators. Conduct CT simulations and perform DiBH on CRad if required. Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team and ensure the highest quality of patient care. Utilize Elekta linear accelerators and Mosaiq EMR for patient record management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure ARRT certification required. Experience with Elekta linacs and Mosaiq EMR is mandatory. CT simulation experience is preferred.
