clients. Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a
qualified Registered Nurse - Orthopedics to support patient care
and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal
candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating
with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with
facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an orthopedic setting, ensuring
adherence to established protocols. Collaborate with physicians and
other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to
provide optimal outcomes. Administer medications and treatments
accurately, following patient safety guidelines. Educate patients
and families about surgical procedures and post-operative care.
Ensure meticulous documentation to support continuity of care and
legal accounting. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of
North Carolina, in good standing. Minimum of two years of
experience in an orthopedic or surgical ICU setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team
collaboration. Ability to manage complex patient care needs in a
dynamic environment. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
