Job Description Outpatient Psychiatry Medical Director
Knoxville, TNPosition Highlights - Outpatient-only psychiatry with
no call requirements; optional phone consults or weekend hospital
shifts available for additional compensation. - Flexible scheduling
with your choice of 4×10s or 5×8s between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM,
emphasizing productivity over rigid hours. - Manageable patient
volume averaging 12–16 appointments per day using wave scheduling,
with most new patients pre-evaluated by therapists. - Supportive
practice model with therapists, APPs, modern Cerner EMR, AI-enabled
dictation tools Compensation & Benefits - RVU-based compensation Up
to $400,000 Production - Sign-on bonus $25,000 plus up to $10,000
annual quality bonus tied to documentation and safety metrics. -
