Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a seasoned RN Manager Orthopedics to lead
our orthopedic department, ensuring the highest standard of patient
care, efficient operations, and alignment with our mission to
improve human life. This dynamic role requires a blend of clinical
expertise, management acumen, and a passion for patient-centered
healthcare. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the orthopedic
nursing staff, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of
safety and patient care. Develop and implement departmental
policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and
regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and resource
utilization. Mentor and develop nursing staff, fostering a
professional environment conducive to continuous improvement.
Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring effective use
while striving for cost-efficiency. Lead quality assurance and
performance improvement initiatives within the orthopedic
department. Strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of orthopedic
nursing practices Ability to work collaboratively within
multidisciplinary teams Proficient in healthcare management systems
and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certified Orthopedic Nurse
(ONC) preferred
