Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager for our
MedSurg unit to oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest level
of patient care and safety. As a pivotal leader in our hospital
network, the Nurse Manager will streamline nursing operations,
enhance patient outcomes, and uphold our mission to care for and
improve human life. The ideal candidate will have a proven record
in medical-surgical nursing leadership, with a passion for
healthcare excellence. Coordinate and administer nursing care for
medical-surgical patients Supervise MedSurg nursing personnel,
including recruitment, scheduling, and continuous education Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Monitor and
improve patient care quality and safety metrics Facilitate
communication between staff, physicians, and other hospital
departments Manage unit operational budget and resources Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of medical-surgical nursing
practices and healthcare regulations Ability to manage budgets and
personnel Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS)
