Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Extern Spine PRN to
assist our spine care team in providing exceptional care. This role
offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and
expand clinical skills alongside experienced healthcare
professionals within one of the nation's leading providers of
healthcare services. The candidate will work in a dynamic
environment with a focus on patient care and professional
development. Assist nursing staff in providing care to patients
with spinal conditions. Help in monitoring patient status and
reporting any significant changes to the supervising nurse. Support
the administration of treatments and interventions as guided by the
nursing staff. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety
procedures. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of patient
records and documentation. Basic knowledge of nursing principles
and patient care. Ability to work effectively within a team. Strong
observational and communication skills. Capacity to manage time
efficiently and multitask effectively. Basic understanding of
medical terminology specific to spine care. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR
certification must be obtained prior to start date. Must meet all
local health regulations, pass post-employment medical exam if
required.
