Job Description:

HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator specializing in Pediatric Behavioral Psychology to join our compassionate team. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to young patients experiencing psychiatric disorders. By coordinating with medical professionals and overseeing patient care plans, our coordinators ensure top quality care aligned with HCA's high standards. Develop and implement nursing care plans for pediatric psychiatric patients Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Provide mentorship and leadership to nursing staff Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in behavioral health interventions Ability to manage high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing certification is a plus
