Develop and implement nursing care plans and patient assessments. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary. Mentor and train new nurses and support staff. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to treatment planning. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Exceptional pediatric psychiatric nursing knowledge. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in handling psychiatric emergencies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) preferred. Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC) an asset.
