you'll contribute A Director and Registered Nurse who excels in
this role: Manage the work of others, including planning,
assigning, scheduling and reviewing work Responsible for hiring,
terminating, training and developing Reviewing performance and
administering corrective action for staff Directs the department's
activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational
objectives Develops and implements departmental goals, plans and
standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal and

Applicants must have a current Virginia state or compact state RN
license. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days NRP
and PALS are required within 30 days AWHONN Intermediate Fetal
Monitoring is required every two years and within one year of hire
