Pay: $540 to $612 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12
hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00/Hourly. Summary: The Patient
Sitter / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care
Technician (PCT) provides direct, hands-on care and continuous
observation to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
(RN). This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and well-being
while assisting with daily living activities and basic clinical
tasks. Locals not accepted Responsibilities: ?Provide continuous
observation for patients at risk of falls, self-harm, or injury.
Monitor patient behavior and report changes to nursing staff
immediately. Ensure patient environment remains safe and
hazard-free. Assist in de-escalating agitated patients using
approved techniques. Document observations per facility protocol.
Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, BLS
Certification, Must Have TN State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
