HCA Healthcare, a leading healthcare services provider, is seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment in various modes and techniques to locate, evaluate, and record pertinent anatomical, pathological, and functional data. This position requires high technical and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent care and service, adhering strictly to our protocols and the highest standards of healthcare practice. Prepare patients for procedures, including taking medical history and answering questions about the process. Operate ultrasound equipment to capture images and conduct tests as per the specified procedures. Analyze findings and provide initial evaluation reports to healthcare practitioners. Maintain patient records and manage imaging data. Follow strict safety protocols and maintain the ultrasound equipment. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care. Proficiency in using diagnostic ultrasound equipment Strong analytical skills Excellent patient management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team Solid understanding of imaging and diagnostic principles Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
