weekends plus $8,500 sign-on bonus for full-time and $4,500 sign-on
bonus for part-time. (1st & 2nd Shift) $10,000 sign-on bonus for
full-time and $5,500 sign-on bonus for part-time (3rd shift)

Shift Part-Time 3rd Shift Part-Time Core Responsibilities Include:
Administer medications and assist with wound care Assist with
obtaining and processing orders Assessments Check vital signs
Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical
team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care Provide
encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents
and their loved ones Provide leadership, guidance, and support to
your team Assist with resident care needs Provide appropriate
documentation Position Requirements: Active LPN License CPR
Certified Employment Details Deerfield is a non-smoking campus
