Charge Nurse (RN) - ICU $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Day Shift with
a 2-year commitment Schedule: 3x12s, day shift. Holidays and

our team in a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with
Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs),
our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. We offer
Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse
range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary
disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities
include comprehensive patient assessments, administering
specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and
ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position provides an

contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: -
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient
needs - Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient -
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical
necessity in the medical record - Responsible for completion and
revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient -

Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a

Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required

critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work
