Assess and monitor vascular medicine patients with precision and
compassion Administer medications and treatments safely, following
facility protocols Support vascular procedures and collaborate
closely with the vascular team Perform thorough documentation in
the medical record to ensure continuity of care Educate patients
and families about treatments, post-procedure care, and follow-up
Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes through proactive
care planning Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to
deliver seamless patient-centered care Qualifications Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license (ability to practice in North
Carolina preferred) Minimum 2 years of RN clinical experience, with
experience in vascular medicine strongly preferred Current Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification Strong clinical assessment,
critical thinking, and patient communication skills Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Knowledge
& Skills Clinical knowledge of vascular medicine principles and
common vascular conditions Proficiency in patient assessment,
IV/infusion management, and wound care Familiarity with sterile
technique and assisting with vascular procedures Effective patient
and family education skills Comfortable with electronic medical
records and accurate clinical documentation Strong teamwork, time
