Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Ballad Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Skills: MS/Tele, Med/Surg, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Genitourinary/Renal, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Nasal Cannula, Colostomy care and management, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin, Insulin, PCA, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac. Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Telemetry, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Accessing/Managing Ports, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs).
