Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – Tennessee Start Date:
February 9, 2026 Location: Maryville, Tennessee Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 6:1 patient
ratio; weekend coverage required; floating within hospital based on
skill set Highlights: Step-down unit from ICU; patients include
post-cardiac catheterization, AFib management, dialysis patients,
and higher oxygen demands Medication administration includes
heparin, cardizem, amiodarone drips, and sotalol initiation
protocols ER holding experience required; telemetry monitoring and
dysrhythmia interpretation essential Epic EMR system with minimum 1
year required experience 24-hour orientation provided;
pre-assignment modules billable up to 16 hours 13-week assignment
with 28-bed unit; comprehensive interdisciplinary support team
Requirements: Active Tennessee RN license Minimum 1 year recent
MS/Telemetry experience Minimum 1 year Epic EMR experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required ER holding experience
