monitoring or above, STABLE for nursery Must-Have: Must float to
Nursery and Post-Partum Description: This position requires
floating to the Nursery and Post-Partum units. The facility is a
175-bed acute care hospital with a commitment to providing
high-quality care. The facility is recognized for its patient
safety and health outcomes. The unit profile includes an OB floor
with a Level 3 designation. The department consists of Labor and
Delivery and Nursery services. There are 3 Labor and Delivery beds,
14 Nursery beds, and 3 intermediate nursery beds. The expected
patient ratios will follow A1 guidelines. Equipment used includes
general OB unit equipment. Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
utilized is Meditech. The patient population includes Level 3 OB
cases. Preferred candidates should have at least one year of
experience in general OB and Labor and Delivery, as well as Nursery
care. Common diagnoses and treatments include OB delivery and
nursery care. The personality fit is essential for teamwork in the
department. Please note that the OB unit generally has low volume,
with less than 15 deliveries per month. Call requirements may be
necessary if units are closed due to census. Requirements Required
