Floating policy: Travelers float first to other ICU S or to step down. Patient Experience requirements: Neurology experienced ICU nurses preferred. Hospital Specifics-Certifications: NIHSS, ACLSHiring profileRequested Skill Set:Must have: ACLS, BLS, ICU experience Advanced skills needed: Care of Neurology post thrombectomy and TPA patients. Post Neurosurgery patients. Procedures performed on unit: CRRT, Bedside EVD s, A-line monitoring.
