Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse

required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - 1
year of experience with EPIC - Experience with telemetry and
cardiac monitoring - Must float within the facility as needed
Description: Responsible for the care of patients in a telemetry
unit. Experience in managing step down patients from ICU without
ventilator or pressor support. Administer drips including heparin,
cardizem, amiodarone, and sotolol. Provide telemetry monitoring and
interpretation of dysrhythmias. Manage multiple patient care
activities and apply appropriate nursing interventions. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Perform assessment and problem identification for patients with
higher oxygen demands and those undergoing dialysis. Provide
education and support to patients and families regarding care
protocols. Assist with special procedures as necessary. Use of
rapid response/code teams when appropriate. Ensure compliance with
infection control standards and safety protocols. Maintain accurate
and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Demonstrate effective communication skills with healthcare team
members. Provide high-quality patient-centered care while adhering
