Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school in Asheville, NC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide services for PreK-12th grade students. This contract position runs from January 20, 2026 to May 29, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week during the school year. Responsibilities include: Conducting occupational therapy assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students Delivering therapeutic interventions to support students' developmental and functional goals Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the school environment Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations Providing support for diverse student needs across academic settings Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings Familiarity with PreK-12 student populations and developmental milestones Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual educational needs Experience with teletherapy or home health OT is a plus but not required This position offers the chance to impact student success within a structured school setting.
