Job Description:

Details 26 Acute Care Beds (incl. 4 acuity adj. beds ICU/PCU) NO
ICU EMR: Epic No required procedures Codes/Rapid Response handled
by ED physicians Staffing Model: 12-hour shift, (7a-7p, 7p-7a) 7
on/7off schedule Days: 1 MD Nights: 1 MD Tele support for
admissions & floor call Physician Qualifications: Board Eligible or
Certified in Internal or Family Medicine Be within 7 years of
graduation Or 2 years prior hospitalist experience NP/PA
Qualifications: Board Certified as Physician Assistant or Nurse

Information Smyth County Community Hospital, includes a 44-bed
acute care hospital,a 109-bed nursing care facility, and a variety
of outreach programs.There are more than 50 physicians serving on
its active medical staff.The hospital offers surgical services,
rehabilitation services, women'sservices, emergency services,
cardio-pulmonary services, most acute careincluding home health,
skilled nursing and long-term care. Otherservices include a
diagnostic sleep center, cardio/pulmonaryrehabilitation and an
