City: Kingsport State: TN Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: Job ID : 2997209 Coverage Details: • Coverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc: 24hr call 7am start 7am end next day floating between two sister facilities. • Schedule Details start / end times days of the week etc: Since this is inpatient only coverage most providers will round on their patients throughout the morning. They will then address patients in most critical to least and will perform procedures throughout the day either in the Main OR HVMC or the Endo Suite BRMC depending on their assignment location. Work Details: • Support staff: None • Department Description: 24hr call coverage for gastroenterology. Level 3 trauma center. GI bleeds abdominal pain food bolus elevated liver enzymes etc. Provider will float between sister locations. Working in endo suite and main OR. • Patient Volume: 8 patients per day • Patient Age Group: varies • EMR/Documentation System: Epic Requirements: • Board Certifications Req’d?: BC in Gastroenterology required • State Licenses Req’d?: TN required • Certifications Req’d? BLS / ALS / DOT / etc: ERCP a must BLS • Specific Skills Req’d?: ERCP required • DEA Req’d?: Yes • Are vaccines mandatory?: vaccine exemptions accepted with proper medical documentation • Additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean background Privileging Timeframe: 90 days Are you willing To License?: Yes IMLC Accepted?: Yes Which travel is billable? airfare / hotel / rental car / mileage / etc: all travel Rates: Orientation: 250/hr.
