Required Certifications Must-Have Skills/Experience: Must have
relevant skills and experience in Med Surg and Telemetry.
Description: Orientation is bi-weekly. The facility has 154 beds
and provides services in orthopedics, spine, cardiology, general
surgery, women's care, emergency services, behavioral health, and
includes multi-specialty clinics. It features a Chest Pain Center
and is accredited by the Joint Commission. The patient population
includes adult and geriatric patients. Common diagnoses treated
include fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, congestive heart
failure, and infections. The unit has an established patient ratio
and utilizes an electronic health record system. Preferred skills
and experience in the specialty are advantageous. Navy blue scrubs
are required. This position is a replacement for permanent
staff.
