$275K first year - Family Medicine Physician with Gauranteed Base and Retention BonusLove where you live and work - Tri-City in area in Virginia

4 or 5 day work week available and NO WEEKENDS
Minimal Call schedule by phone only
Work with a group with longevity in their practice
Guaranteed Base salary plus quality bonus opportunity and retention bonus = $275K
