GARNEY CONSTRUCTION
As a Project Manager in Kingsport, TN with Garney Construction, you will be able to apply your previous project management experience in the water and waste-water construction industry to make a difference with a company that believes in Building Sustainable Futures with the world's most precious resources - water and people.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• 
  
• Managing cost and "Work In Progress" projections.
  
• Managing job site supervisory personnel.
  
• Planning and scheduling the project.
  
• Developing and maintaining owner relations.
  
• Negotiating and purchasing materials.
  
• Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations.
  
• Managing project costs.
  
• Overseeing labor projections.
  
• Contract negotiation and administration.
  
  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
    
  • 7-10 years of construction experience
