Job Description Large manufacturing plant in the greater
Kingsport, TN area has immediate need for an Electrical Maintenance
Superintendent. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
The Electrical Maintenance Superintendent will lead the Electrical
Supervisor, who oversees a team of 30 electricians. This is a
hands-on role working with PLC's, automation, and electrical
maintenance projects. The plant has large projects underway to
automate production lines. Heavy focus on PLC's. This is a great
role for someone with Supervisor / Manager experience who has come
up through the multi-craft maintenance technician ranks. This an
employee-focused company offering a positive work environment. The
company is investing in the plant, ensuring it remains a
state-of-the-art facility. Great opportunity to work with a variety
of equipment, and install new. Prefer candidates already located in
east TN but will consider candidates interested in relocating to
eastern TN.
