Job Description Job Description Qualifications: M.A. Degree in Speech and Language for K-12 Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Professional Responsibilities: Provide assessment and treatment to all children identified as speech or language impaired. Conduct speech, language and hearing screenings to all students entering Pre-K and kindergarten. Schedule, facilitate and lead eligibility, annual review and re-evaluation IEP meetings for eligible students. Collaborate and consult with classroom teachers, special education teachers and other school staff to organize special education services to help the student be most successful. Complete special education paperwork within meeting and testing timelines efficiently and accurately. Salary: Based on degree and experience.
