*Requirements:*
* *Education:* A 4-year college degree (Bachelor's) is preferred; however, candidates with a strong 2-year degree (Associate's) and a high GPA will be considered.

*Compensation & Benefits:*
* *Compensation: *$58,000-$65,000 (Base Salary, Bonus, Overtime)
* *Retention Bonuses: *Up to $2,500 every 6 months for the first 18 months as part of our structured incentive program.
* *Training Bonus*: $800 bonus upon successful completion of the training program.
